INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
E-PEPTIDE takes orders for peptide products and delivers worldwide.
All orders, in all directions are sent by standard delivery with the Post of Russia. Orders are normally being shipped within 3 working days from the moment a payment is received. Tracking number is provided immediately.
When a parcel reaches the destination country it automatically goes under the jurisdiction of the local postal services. Delivery terms may vary and completely depend on postal services. Usually deliveries take 10-30 working days.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the provided delivery address is correct. E-PEPTIDE accepts no responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
After E-PEPTIDE hands a parcel to postal services it is under their jurisdiction. Our online store is not responsible for the postal services operation. Please track your shipment as E-PEPTIDE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your parcel is returned because the delivery was not accepted or if the address provided was incorrect, you may have to pay an additional postage charge for us to re-send it. If the order is not returned to us, you will not be eligible for a refund or re-delivery.
STANDARD INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Standard international delivery to all countries is 28 EUR.
For any orders over 500 EUR standard delivery is FREE of CHARGE.
Minimum order amount is 70 EUR.
EMS EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
EMS is an international postal Express Mail Service offered by postal operators of the Universal Postal Union (UPU). So EMS is a service of UPU and not a company. EMS is faster and more expensive than standard delivery, but it is carried out by state postal companies (Russian Post in Russia, USPS in the USA, etc.).
Express international delivery to all countries is 50 EUR.
For any orders over 700 EUR express delivery is FREE of CHARGE.
Minimum order amount is 70 EUR.
SOME ITEMS MAY SHIP SEPARATELY
Due to varying item availability, multiple items in a single order may be shipped separately. Each shipment will have its own tracking number. You will only be charged one shipping cost per order.
CUSTOMS DUTIES
Customs duty may apply in some countries. The amount is set by the destination country and is always the buyer's responsibility.
Each country has its own customs law and it’s the buyers responsibility to know it.
If the buyer refuses to accept the parcel, shipping costs in both directions will be withheld.
ITEM AVAILABILITY
In most cases, when an item displayed on our website is no longer available, either the item will not appear on the site at all, or a message indicating the item is Out of Stock will appear on the product detail page. In some cases, however, due to inventory fluctuation, items that appear to be available when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible that your order cannot be fulfilled. That item will be cancelled and you will not be charged for that item. Our Customer Services team would be happy to advise on an alternative item.
PRIVACY
When purchasing from the E-PEPTIDE, you will need to provide your personal and contact information, such as your full name, email and delivery address in order to purchase products. We do not share this information with any third parties.
