🌐 INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
E-PEPTIDE accepts orders for peptide products and delivers worldwide.
Orders are normally dispatched within 3 business days once payment is received. A tracking number will be provided immediately upon shipment.
When a parcel reaches the destination country, your local post office becomes responsible for its delivery. If you experience any delivery issues, please contact your nearest local post office for assistance. Delivery times may vary depending on local postal operations, but it usually takes 15–30 business days.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the provided delivery address is correct. E-PEPTIDE accepts no responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
✉️ STANDARD INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Orders are shipped via standard delivery using Russian Post. In the destination country, orders are delivered by the local postal operator.
- Standard international shipping to all countries: 30 EUR.
- Free standard delivery on orders over 500 EUR.
- Minimum order amount: 70 EUR.
⚡ EMS EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
EMS is an international express mail service offered by postal operators of the Universal Postal Union (UPU). EMS is faster than standard delivery and is fulfilled by official state postal services (such as Russian Post in Russia, USPS in the USA, etc.).
- Express international shipping to all countries: 55 EUR.
- Free express delivery on orders over 900 EUR.
- Minimum order amount: 70 EUR.
📦 SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
Due to varying item availability, multiple items in a single order may occasionally be shipped separately. In this case, each shipment will have its own tracking number. You will only be charged a single shipping fee per order.
