Method of administration:

Brush your teeth for at least 2 minutes.
To clean your teeth properly, use short, gentle strokes, paying particular attention to the gum line, hard-to-reach molars deep in the mouth, and areas around fillings, crowns and other types of dentures.

Here's how to give the necessary attention to each area of the mouth:

• clean the outer surfaces of the upper and then lower teeth;
• clean the inner surfaces of the upper and then lower teeth;
• clean the chewing surfaces;
• to freshen your breath, be sure to also clean the surface of your tongue.
