Prostate peptides reduce blood clotting time and increase the antiaggregation activity of the vascular wall, improve blood microcirculation, enhance fibrinolytic activity of blood, increase the contractile activity of detrusor myocytes in vivo, in vitro. They have an immunomodulatory and immunostimulating effect, enhance the synthesis of antihistamine and antiserotonin antibodies.

Ingredients:

One suppository contains:

active ingredient: prostate extract - 50 mg, in terms of water-soluble peptides - 10 mg;

excipients: solid fat (Witepsol, brand H 15, W 35, Supposir, brand NA 15, NAS 50) - a sufficient amount to obtain a suppository weighing 1.25 g.

Dosage and administration:

Rectally, 1 suppository after spontaneous bowel movement or enema 1 time per day. After the introduction of the suppository, it is desirable for the patient to stay in bed for 30-40 minutes. The duration of the course of treatment with Vitaprost® is at least 10 days.

If necessary, it is possible to conduct repeated courses.
