THYMOGEN SPRAY

THYMOGEN® spray increases the content of secretory immunoglobulin (sIg A) in the upper respiratory tract, thereby increasing the body's defense against viruses at the site of first contact. Thymogen spray normalizes the reactions of T-cells of the immune system, increasing the body's resistance to all types of pathogens. Thymogen spray stimulates the regeneration of the nasal mucosa. It acts in the focus of the introduction of viruses. Spray enhances the body's anti-infective defense against all types of pathogens.

With intranasal application, the active substance enters directly into the focus of infection (nasal cavity), where a pronounced local antiviral and immunostimulating effect is achieved. Then the active substance is rapidly absorbed into the systemic circulation, enhancing the body's anti-infective defense against all types of pathogens.

Usage THYMOGEN SPRAY:

• prevention and complex therapy of acute and chronic viral and bacterial diseases of the upper respiratory tract;
• prevention of suppression of immunity, hematopoiesis, regeneration processes in the post-traumatic and postoperative periods;
• complex adjuvant therapy to correct secondary immunodeficiency in radiation therapy, chemotherapy and antibiotic therapy;
• complex therapy of acute and chronic infectious and inflammatory diseases, accompanied by a decrease in immunity. 

THYMOGEN SPRAY features:

Ingredients: in one dose (0.1 ml) of the preparation.

Active ingredient: alpha-glutamyl-tryptophan (Thymogen sodium in terms of Thymogen) 25 μg.
Excipients: sodium chloride 900 mg, benzalkonium chloride 10 mg, purified water to 0.1 ml.

Dosage:

Hold the base with your thumb and hold the nozzle of the dispenser between your middle and forefinger.
Insert the nozzle of the dispensing device into the nasal passage in a vertical upward position. Press the nozzle once.
The preparation is administered intranasally (into the nose) in doses:
Adults: 1 dose (one injection) in each nasal passage 2 times a day for 10 days for therapeutic purposes or for 3-5 days for prophylactic purposes.
Children: from 1 year to 6 years old 1 dose in one nasal passage once a day, from 7 to 14 years old 1 dose in each nasal passage once a day.
The preparation is used for 10 days for therapeutic purposes or for 3-5 days for prophylactic purposes.
The repeated course of Thymogen is carried out no earlier than 1 month later. Take the preparation only according to the method of administration and in the doses indicated in the instructions. If necessary, please consult your doctor before taking the preparation.
