ZINC-THYMULIN-10mg for the treatment of androgenetic alopecia (baldness)

Prevents further hair loss, eliminates hair loss that has already occurred, increases hair density by reactivating inactive hair follicles. ZT has also been found to induce melanogenesis and suggest extended cosmetic applications in addition to its anagen-stimulating properties. Thus, zinc thymulin is currently one of the most promising means for combating alopecia.

Description

ZINC-THYMULIN-10mg  is by far one of the most promising means for combating alopecia.

Baldness occurs in a significant percentage of adults and increases with age from 31% in men (ages 40-55) to 53% (ages 65-69). Hair loss can also occur in women, but it is more common in men. The most common form of hair loss in men is called androgenetic alopecia (male pattern baldness, AGA). Hair loss is often associated with the inactivation of hair follicles. Androgenetic alopecia is a global problem and can cause moderate psychological distress, up to high levels of anxiety and depression.

Prof. Russell Vickers, Team Leader at Olympus Stem Cells Pty Ltd Medical Clinic and Research Center (Sydney, New South Wales, Australia), is a recognized global authority on the use of stem cells to treat neuropathic pain, dry eye syndrome, etc. P. Vickers found that the use of zinc derivatives (particularly zinc-thymulin, Zinc-Thymulin, ZT) was effective in regenerating hair lost due to androgenetic alopecia. The Vickers group's research on the effects of ZT on androgenetic alopecia was published in 2017 in the peer-reviewed open access medical journal Hair Therapy and Transplantation, which includes a wide range of discipline areas and the editors carefully review submitted manuscripts for the quality of the material. Prior to this work, there had been few studies evaluating the potential of endogenous and natural compounds to stimulate hair growth in humans. Most of the published studies on the treatment of AGA have focused on surgical hair transplant procedures and drugs to control hair loss (finasteride, dutasteride and minoxidil).

ZINC-THYMULIN as a drug was chosen on the basis of reasonable assumptions. It is now widely believed that the trace element zinc has a powerful and apparently specific effect on the thymus, T-lymphocytes and cellular immunity, resulting in strong immunomodulatory activity in relation to cell-mediated responses in both human and animal systems. One hypothesis is that the rapidly dividing lymphocytes present in the thymus are particularly sensitive to the abnormal function of zinc-dependent enzymes required for lymphocyte proliferation. The epithelial function of the thymus can be specifically altered by dietary zinc deficiency. Zn deficiency causes a significant decrease in the serum level of the thymus hormone thymulin in animal models and in patients with general variable immunodeficiency and chronic renal failure. Serum zinc deficiency can cause hair loss, diarrhea, impotence, weight loss and impaired wound healing. Also a consequence of the lack of zinc in the human body is the lack of differentiation of T cells and this element is important for synaptic integration and plasticity. On the contrary, the introduction of Zn restores normal hormone levels. Thymulin is directly dependent on zinc. The presence of zinc in the thymus and its association with biological activity and thymulin secretion are well known.
